Thats what you read and what I posted! What makes 1000bhp per ton, has a top speed of over 200mph, handles at 3.0G on the skid, weighs less than a CRX or civic hatch and gets 35mpg? Give up? The Caparo T1. The T1 was recently unveiled by none other than Price Albert II at the Top Marques Autoshow in Monaco. The car was designed by ex-McLaren engineers, Ben Scott-Geddes and Graham Halstead. The T1 is powered by a supercharged 2.4L V8. Power output for the engine is rated at 500hp @ 10,500rpm.. It really is an awesome car. I will be posting a follow up to this thread when Top Gear tests it, they already featured it in their audience on one of their shows in August. Below are a few links for further reference.

Pretty cool, but I don't like the body design all that much. Looks like some from the F-Zero game.

When compared to other cars in the same category that go for twice the price.

Do F1 cars even pull 3G on a skidpad?

Do F1 cars even pull 3G on a skidpad?Good question, I don't know how much I believe in it pulling 3gs. Most high end sports and super cars I've read pull a max of 1.5g, thats including the likes of the enzo, carrera gt, etc.

Yeah, from what I've read atleast back in 98, F1 cars were barely pulling 1.5 G's.
