GIAC performance software for the 2004 R32® smoothly delivers a 5-13 hp and 8-15 ft-lbs gain. For optimum power gains the software must be coupled with a cold air intake.

now that is what GIAC has posted, its N/A so you can't expect a billion hp/lbs but i do know GIAC post up conservative numbers b/c they use a mustang dyno... the car will be alot more responsive after the flash though ;)

work on getting the other bolt-ons and you then have a bad ass track car :goodjob:

Yea poss, unfortunately it wont be much. The chips on N/A cars dont work as well as on the turboed ones :( But nice purchase though! :goodjob:

on n/a cars it normally makes the motor more responsive, adds some hp/lbs, changes top speed and red line :goodjob:

i wouldn't be surprised to see 10hp/15lbs to the wheels out of it.

hmmm maybe to the crank... but thats a little expensive... buy chip + intake or k&n filter then go w/ custom exhaust under 1000$ ;)

the thing w/ the R32 is it isn't a straight line car its a track built car... you wanna have fun w/ it take it the mountains or road atlanta... on Top Gear the R32 did better track times then the S4 and the M3 ;)

Its just changes ignition timing and redline on NA cars. Why do all the VW guys get chips and thats it? Get a chip burner or something to tune over it if its turbo. For the na cars get an intake and exhaust. Make 10hp and have it sound better rather than flush money down the toilet. Thats just my 2 cents.

well when we say CHIP its really a flash GIAC doesn't do physical chips anymore... but anyway for 250-550$ you can't tune the car better then what GIAC can do. ;)

well thats not bad but the turbo is out of he question cause for the r32 is like 25000 or something like that its some stupid amount but hopefully i can chip it and install the intake and maybe down the road the custom exguast and headers who knows this car is turning out too expensive
