New noob in Ga. lol

Well, I'm of course new to this site. I was sent here by a friend of mine. I am 29 & have been avid car enthusiaist for awhile. I like both old & imports. I have a 87 Buick Regal Limited Edition V8, no 6.lol

I also have a 2000 Celica. I have many more things I wanna get done to her, but I'll need to places to go, so hopefully I'll meet some people here that can point me that way.

The Regal needs to have the front end put back on, & the Celica will need another paint job. So here are the pics.....Vegeta

Whats your plans for it? You should clean it up a little mang - lost the spoiler, change the rear bumper ( to compliment only a single exhaust ;) ) and paint it something not green - you should get in touch with Fawk You - she had a BADASS Celica !

in my opinion, I'd clean up the kit/body, ditch the neons, paint it something else ( with hmm... throw in a slight pearl into it and the CF hood ) - then focus all your money onto the performance of it - intake, headers, exhaust, cams, adjustable cam gears, recut and knife edge your crank, get some aftermarket pistons and slap a turbo on it,intercooler ( bumper kit should compliment the IC btw ) short shift kit and at least a Stage 2 clutch setup - and get your sunroof back - that scoop acts nothing more than a parachute slowing your car down and... well dude... no sunroof, c'mon man :D

its more fun that way - and you'll get alot more respect :yes:

please keep in mind, this is all in constructive criticism - if you want to keep it that way, its your choice, but I'm just throwing out what I think would work for it :goodjob:

In responce to the Stormhammer guy. I do defenately appreciate the idea's, & I wanted to do more to the engine 1st anyhow. Now as for the color, & the other pics. I'm not a "stock" guy, I don't like my car to look like every other car, I have a real thing for that seriously.

I am registered at another site, & they went off on how the car looks as well. Now as for the respect part, I'm 29 years old, if someone else's opinion mattered to me like that, I should just go back to high school. I didn't buy my car for people to "respect it", the car only has to make one person happy, & thats me. Not being funny, but str8 truth.

I thought of changing the color after I bought it, & still may, but it will not be a standard Celica color ( I.E royal blue,white,silver,yellow,black), I like to have a color people remember. But I will checkout the SprayGlo people this site advertises this weekend to see what colors are available.

Now all that work you suggested, have any idea of who could do any of it?, cause I don't.lol Now I do plan to get the bumper changed as well, I did think it was ridiculous to have dual ports, with one exhaust.lol

To the RS sleeper guy, yes that is a GT-s 4cyl, VVTI engine. So again, I'm looking for shops, or mechanics that do work on cars. As for my plans for it, I dunno fully, people throw alot of idea's my way.

I'm kool with the way it looks now, so I plan to inside-out it as of now,so thats my quick plans so far.....Vegeta

LOL I guess I didn't miss much ragging.lol I may have to just get the liscence plate changed to GOT RICE? That may make the masses here estatic. I do plan on changing the body kit, to a carbon fiber one, but the car will stay that color green.

I had planned to make changes on it anyhow, but I wanted to boost the engine 1st, & worry about the exterior later. I'm just waiting for word back from the site as to wether they'll gie me the line of credit at their store. lol

honestly, i like the front. the rear was stupid with the dual ports for exhaust, shoulda kept the stock GTS wing that would have looked better and i think the scoop actually looks decent. fuck the sun roof. for the lights, shit just black them out.

Damn, you fags are talking more shit about this car than I would, and everyone knows that I am one of the biggest assholes on this site. If it were me, I would just fix that horrible limp dick looking muffler and throw that mooserack wing in a dumpster somewhere (or mount it on Stormhammer's Conquest when he wasn't looking). I actually think the kit looks fine, and I have seen way worse colors than that.

The bottom line is at the end of the day you have the keys to it, so don't listen to any of these wankers talking shit. Half of these bitches' opinions on what is "cool" came from the internet and their need to feel accepted by jumping on the bandwagon. Look around and notice how many people are into "drifting" on here. :rolleyes:
