99.5 jetta abs light

i have a 99.5 jetta gls vrs, the abs light comes on
pads are good and so is the fluid.
what else could be the cause

pull your ebrake, press the pads a bit... if the abs stays on... Eurotech can scan your car for free... swing buy and ask them to :goodjob: they are in marietta

could be abs sensors but try pauls suggestion first

lots of stuff. wheel speed sensors, reluctor rings on the hubs, modulator/acutator, abs computer, driving with the e-brake on, diff sized wheels, etc
