it needs a little bit of work....i need to do a head gasket on it to get it going again. Hopefully in a few months it will be for track duty only. This is the tricky part. I heard that the suspension in the pre 88's are hard as hell to get to handle well compared to the double wishbone. Also, im going to want more power and cant find too much good info about swaps for this car. Any info someone has will be helpful.
so basically i need to know how to make it handle better and do a swap. open to any suggestions

D16A1's bolt right in, go to redpepperracing.com, my 87 HF had ground control coilovers on the rear and stock torsion bars turned down on the front, it handled like a go-kart, AWESOME car very fun and nimble.

You need to check with Eibach on the front torsion bars. I knew some guys that auto-x those cars and they had them on there cars. One guy had the original single cam in it built with 4 webers and he could sometimes get Fastest time of the day.
