I have a 1990 KA24E with 200,000 miles on it. It ran great until the day I pulled it out.

Strong motor, come get it. I am located in Marietta, and I am taking offers.

KA24E, thats the SOHC engine unless you you forgot the D before the E.

Yes it is the SOHC motor.

You can also tell because it says 1990.

They didn't make a DOHC KA in 90.

shell isn't for sale....so it doesn't matter how many miles are on the shell.

I know the KA24E is the SOHC....that's why I am selling it. I did not forget the D....god, what a stupid reply.

How strong is the motor and what material is the shell made out of?

Still need to know what day the motor was pulled.

it ran really good when I pulled it out

very strong motor.

the tranny had the common 2nd gear grind issue, but didn't stop the car from being a great daily driver.

uumm....how much are you willing ot spend on the motor?

This KA24E was far better then the KA24DE I had in my 240.

It was some kind of freak motor.

Come get this motor and I will personally put it on the truck.

This motor never leaked or smoked or anything. Just slow that's all.

How much for the shell? Also that motor and tranny you pulled, what do you want for it? I'll come and pick it up tommorrow just to get it out of your garage if you want.
