I don't think that's it. There are lots of neighborhoods now that have quite a few black folks living there. But, I doubt that a potential carjacker is going to walk up, by himself with someone filming, and try to jack a car. Not going ot happen. The video isn't even funny. Later, QD.

well heres the thing, a neighborhood like that - the people walking around in them prob arent going to car jack anyone. and IF they did, it aint going to be some beat up hooptie like that POS.
