quick question i know you can go in to check if its available, but i'm wondering whether you can check it online..

I saw one i think either at the V or a meet... it was something like

"I1I1II1" its I's and 1's thought it was clever hahah

i'm wondering if theres a database where it interchanges the i's and 1's just in case... but i'm thinking to get something along those lines.

anyways anyone know the limitations, and rules... i do know you cant have cuss words, lol and its 7 numbers or letters and space anywhere Space doesnt count as a letter right? like if i wanted i can have "FARK YOU" for example

When I got the plates for my car, I just went into the DMV (Forsyth County) and asked for the form. There are 6 blanks for you to list your wish list. They start with #1, and work their way down until they get one that is available. I asked if my first choice was available, and they told me yes. 3 weeks later, it showed up at the house.

Same story on another car....was told my first choice was OK, and it showed up about 3-4 weeks later at the house.

From what I remember, 7 characters....I dont remember the rule on spaces though.,..

Also you can call in to the DMV and if you get a nice person over the phone, you can ask them if certain plates are available up to three.

Good Luck!
