Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone had a link to the law concerning RHD (Right Hand Drive) vehicles in Georgia?

The reason I am looking for the law is becuase I am in the process of purchasing a RHD vehicle to drive in GA and I know it is not illegal, however I am one of those people who likes to have as much paperwork as possible available for cops. I want to be able to print out the law with the section, volume, and chapter so I can refer to it in the event of any problems with the cops.

Thanks a lot guys.

there's really no law for or against driving a RHD car on the street. as long as the car is in the country legally and your registration is straight then you have nothing to worry about in that department.

LOL that was my old R33 GTST! I can assure you there is no law against driving an RHD. The best way to find out the exact statutes is to research them in the law library or, maybe on line. Lemme know when you get your skyline!

Theinsurance company doesn't pay out too often on Skyline as opposed to Evo's. That's why full coverage for my Chevy is only $100 or so more than the liability and uninsured motorist is on the CRX for 6 months.
