What would be good stock to buy?

I want to invest in some stock. My boss is a former Best Buy exectutive and said Best Buy's stock is good to invest in. Last time I checked, it was at $40? a share. What do you guys think?

Invest in Chuck E Cheese's right now. From January till April their stock hits the roof, then drops down in May through August and starts to climb again from Aug to January
