not exacltly, its a matter of how it is interprited. ;)

If you have a properly tuned SR it will pass the roller test with no problem at all. I have seen them pass with NO cats because they were so well tuned.

i know someone off of here that got his to pass for 60 bucks but i'm not gonna mention any names..keep it all confidenttial and shit..:D

no car will pass without a cat, simply because you have to LOOK for a cat, if theres not one there you fail instantly, but there are SOME cars that can pass just fine with no cat(cause they run pretty clean)...if you look the other way....
