I was pulled over tonight and harrassed like never before by this jerk. My ticket ended up being not using a turn signal in a turn lane. WHAT?! He would shout at me questions that were rediculous, then insult my answers. This dude has cop-cock syndrome VERY BADLY.
In his comments he made a story about me passing a car fast that never happened, COMPLETE LIE. J Giese was following me in the dually, me and him, and empty road. No other car, no fast driving, just a loud muffler that isnt that loud really. (Which he commented about too)
Anyone know this crook?

Go to the Gwinnet County Police Station. File a report. If there are enough reports on files, they will fire him. If not, it will affect his pay raises after a couple are filed.

Contact the Gwinnett County P.D. office ask them to refer you to the person regarding formal complaints. When you speak with this person you must be very specific with the actual events. Exact wording used by the officer and yourself as well as times of the event and as much info on any witness (Jeff) as so they can contact them for back up on your story. Once you call in the complaint you must follow it up with a written statement of the events that took place. Its a whole lot of red tape to go through but if you want to make it happen you have to follow through with it. BEEN THERE DONE THAT...

man i used to get all those cops back in my civic! i hated it! them wanting to search my car, yada yada yada. i got pulled over for not using a turn signal on 85 at 2 in the morning! NO ONE on the road!
