WTB: P28 ECU and OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion

Posting for a friend. Just did a D15b VTEC (i think) JDM CRX SOHC motor. He needs an ECU preferably P28 (chipped or unchipped) and a OBD-0 to OBD-1 conversion harness. All offers are welcome.
