Yes it does, its a GSM and this phone will take any SIM card carrier.

Its that CD, I bought it so i could add ringtones and mpeg4 videos and pictures and save my contacts.

Ohh ya man i forgot to mention when i got home and checked the phone out, i noticed my watter dot was read, meaning this phone has be dunked in water. It still works but thats kinda fucked up you sold me a phoen that had be in water and not told me lol.

It works and all...i dont have the time to bash someone..its fucked up tho, but the one he is selling is good. I bought the other one he had and it works fine..but its been water loged
