Ok I am not sure exactly what to put here cause I am not sure. The job is drawing fire sprinkler systems using a Hydracad overlay. There is a designer who lays out the design and we go in and actually place the pipe on the drawing, add hangers, cut pipe, drops, sprinkler heads etc. Pay is based on expierence. I think the best way will be for those intrested to contact the guy in charge of that department. When you call or email him just tell him the Matt Campbell told you to contact him about available postions doing cad. Hope this helps a little bit. Benefits are excellent and the pay is good too but like I said it will be B.O.E. As of right now we have already brought in two IA members and they are happy.

If you know AutoCAD and really want to start making a future with it, than from what I have learned with my very limited experience with the company as long as you have the personal aptitude this is a great place to start. And Matt is correct the pay is VERY largely based off your experience and how well you do on the whole interview process which took about half a day for mine and was actually a lot of fun. Thanks again Matt.
