I used to play in an orchestra with a man who got him and his wife on it and they both lost a lot of weight.

Its a good system with all of the points if you're tedious enough to count numbers.

weight watchers is wack and a waste of Money.
is all in your head.. .. study the free trial they give you and after that cancel that shit.
Thats what i did.. after I realize.. shit was just common sense. I lost a few lbs.. no doubt.. but what I read there and they reccomended was just to damn simple.

anyways good luck.

it's amazing how much help the meetings are... and how supportive everyone is.. the people in my group find new items every week to bring in which are less than 6 pts for the entire packedge... new things every week to add to the plan..

^ ya thats cool. we don't go to meetings we just do it online... we have all of the books and shit but we have a good understanding now of what not to eat/drink. it is funny how if you cut out shit like juices/soda how much that alone will save you.

my problem is i got addicted to diet drinks starting weight watchers... b/c i want something sweet and the curb my appetite when i want to splurge :D

i used to drink a crap load of juice but they are too high in sugar.

geeez paul

i know right FAT ASS :lmfao: na i went from 220 down to 187 now i'm in the 190's but i want to get down to 175 then i'll be done. it does train you alot though b/c i keep off the majority of what i lost even though we weren't on the diet. now that was w/o working out... to get down to 175 i will probably have to work out some... the lower you get the harder it is.

Ya I have quite a few friends trying weight watchers and it's working for all of them. The only bad thing is keeping track of all those points.

in these programs do you have to do exercise? or is mainly watching your diet?

HalfBaked

Me neither..

I don't see whats funny about someone trying to do something good for themself...

That'd be like me saying "I want to learn to read" and people making fun of it.

It is just fucked up.

well exercise is added.. it gives you extra points for the day but mainly its watching what you eat

thats cool, that would make it a little easier to keep control over since you don't have to make time for workouts

Good luck with everything! I know my main thing that was hurting me was sodas. I now drink water during the day, and at night, I drink Sprite Zero. I used to drink Coke Zero, but I like the Sprite better.
