We have an opening in the phone unit. The hours are 8:00 - 5:00, and the job involves giving benefits and claim status to providers. The job candidate must have customer service experience, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. The job requires patience in dealing with providers who are not always courteous or easy to understand. It also requires the ability to read and understand plan documents and quote them accurately. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

thats the description it think it pays anywhere between 10-15$ an hour... basically clients/doctors will call in you answer the phone and rely benefit information. (we are a health insurance company)

if your interested hit me back and i will say you probably need to be female... thats all that works back there. :goodjob:

just goes on experience. we are a health insurance company so you will be taking calls from office administrators at doc offices, doctors, and employees... basically relaying health insurance benefit information, checking claim status, answering what quesitons you can. if you have similar experience you would be a good canidate for it but as i posted... there has never been a guy to work back there. if you work in health insurance most are women. but if your interested shoot me over a resume.
