me(work truck) VS honda accord

i'm riding on 20 coming back from covington in the work truck, its a 02 F150 with 300lbs of hoses and tools plus 120 gallons of water/chemical. this dumbass in a honda accord keeps riding my bumper even though i'm doing 80mph. so i do what i allways do in this situation, brake check and slow down to 40mph on the highway. so i'm going 40mph and there too much traffic for him to pass in the other lane(2 lanes at this piont). as sood as a blazer puts on his blinker to get off the next exit i see the guy in the 4 door accord get over to pass when the blazer gets off. as soon as the blazer gets off he guns the accord, i do the same to the work truck, there another car about 20 car lenths ahead so i know he's trying to get around me but i keep the gas pedal to the floor and about 10 feet befor the other car he's still riding strong trying to get around me...he ended up slamming the breaks hard to keep from rear ending the car ahead of him. thats what he gets for riding my bumper for 2 exits even though i'm going 80. what a fool.

yeah nice....but if your doing 80 and they feel like going faster y not just move over so they can pass and then go about riding 80 in the fast lane....rather then possibly causing an accident because you didn't want someone to pass you....just a thought...

This is a prime example of why America will never have an Autobahn. We feel like we have to be the road police and if we are going what we deem to be "fast enough" for a particular road and someone else wants to go faster we feel like it is our job to keep them from doing it. I say, if you want to go faster, go ahead, I'll get over, if you get pulled over I'll ride by laughing. However, I'm usually the one trying to go faster than everyone else and some lane ranger thinks it's their civic duty to try to prevent me. I don't agree with tailgating either, so don't think I'm just preaching to chad.
