Ok so i got in a wreck on June 2nd and the estimator came out to take a look at the car today. The estimator was a nice little asshole. He said that he personally would give me $500 for the car. I am insured with allstate.

I have two choises. I can either give them the car for $535(which is what he said i can get) or i can just keep the car but i would have to rebuilt it. I could also call off the claim so the estimator wouldnt have to do anything.

I am very lost and the estimator is a total dickhead. Since i pay $1000ish a month for insurance...i should get way more money for the car if it was considered totalled.

The car is self is not totalled. All it needs in a new bumper, fenders and a hood but its not required.

So I need to hear what you guys have to say because i am pissed of at the dickweed estimator.

if the car is not totalled then u have to get estimates on getting it fixed allstate has repair shops that u can take the car to. then u have to negotiate the estimates and get your shit fixed. if it is totaled then they go by blue book value and nada value. there is more to it than that basicly u are covered for cost of replacement value.
