Yep. If you get banned, then coming back with an AE should result in an IP ban.

Paul, can you set timelimits on bans with this version of the software? It might be nice to have a "banlog" screen where you can see for how long people are banned (2weeks, 1 month, 3 days, etc). That way, IF they come back within their ban time under a new name, it should be an IP ban or something of the sorts.
