I have a 3 year old minpin. shes the best dog ive had so far but also the most spoiled. since me and the wiff had no children when we got her she was like our little girl. best thing is u can always afford to buy them the expensive food cause they eat so little also becasue she is female i highly reccomend u feed her either science diet or eukanuba (sp?) thats what we have always fed ours and she is in great shape we tried other brands but they always got her all bloated and stuff. heres a few pics of mine her names Chika

o also unless u really want to breed her u should go ahead and have her fixed ive read that it is dangerous for min pins to have babies becasue of theyre size also females get there periods and thats just no fun

we were thinking about breeding her but we arent sure yet cause my parents have a min pin thats solid red. Also, ive heard different things as far as ear cropping goes....the breeders my parents got their dog from said 6 months then clip but somewhere else i heard like they needed to be done like 3 months. When did you get your dogs done?

yeah, lol, my parents have one and he chewed the hell out of their dinette set and their chair in the living room. ours is chewing a little bit but i think she may still be teething so i havent really stopped her and i dont think she was weened(sp?) right either cause when she eats she just whines and when she isnt playing, shes trying to crawl under you and sleep.

yea ive heard of them chewing the hole house up, not sure if you no it but there are some good products to spray around the furniture to prevent it from happening... Have you tried grinding the food up it may help for a couple of weeks. i use a blinder on my pups when i whine them...

Mine realy didnt chew things up. I had a sock that i would tie the ends on and then soak in water and throw it in the freezer. when she would start to chew things up i would stop her and give her the frozen sock instead its supposed to help numb the mouth for when they are teething. it worked and she never really chewed things up.
