As for reporting modifications to insurance companies... if they dont ask, they dont need to know. When I totalled my 92 FHP mustang they weren't willing to pay a dime for the mods, had tires and wheels on there for 3 months paid over 2 grand for em, and they were offering me $1500 for the whole car. I gave them the tag and took the car. Fuck insurance companies lol. They can be helpful, but damn they try and screw you over in between the helpful times.

yes this is real, i remember getting a copy of this when i worked there (i just left geico a year ago this past jan 20th)...i also remember getting several calls while in customer service asking if we had any information on drifting we could send to a policyholder....as well as handling several death while street racing claims while in the southeast claims dept., you may think its funny, and lame, but take a call from a mother or father who just lost a 16 or 17 year old kid due to a crash while street racing and youll think differently

part of the reason i decided to leave geico was that there is only so much one person can hear and think about before they go nuts
