So I checked my mail today and got something from the court or something saying that i was part of the class of the progressive settlement... i dont know what the hell this stuff is about, cause its to many big words for my redneck ass, but it sounds like progressive raised your rates due to your credit report and they werent supposed to or something so they are trying to do a settlement... can someone help me with this cause im stupid when it comes to this kinda stuff... please no haters, im just trying to understand... here is a link to the website...

basically it says they ripped you off and they got caught for selling you a higher premium that doesnt do anything but cost more for you to have and somehow came up with fraud. Says if you got paperwork, you were listed as a potential plaintiff. Shit man, go for it

I got one as well but 30 bucks isnt worth the effort and plus my rates with them are lower than anywhere else so the hell with it.

well if your rates increased from certain dates then you are eligable for payments of $10 a month for up to six months.. or four months i cant remember.. honestly its not worth the hassel to me!

just think of it though, if they jewed like a million plus customers at like $10 a pop, do the math.. their BANKING..

but progressive sucks IMO, I've had nothing but problems with them in the past when trying to settle claims..

progressive will be paying for this, if they get ass raped, Rates will go up to recoup their losses
