Should've went to Classic in Alpharetta or Buckhead. I've dealt with both in my previous job and they did excellent work.

they grill is cracked and warped...it looks hideous and they didnt fix/replace it. the hood doesnt fit right. there is paint runs on the bumber. the bumber is scratched. the interior of the car has paint sanding all over it. the hood has swirl marks.... i could go all day

Take it back and demand them to get you a rental car. They need to fix it to your liking. Better yet, take it to a different Classic Collision...

Yeah I agree.. and you need to make sure you get the point across that you are pissed and want it done right, but at the same time be cordial about it cuase you dont want them working with your shit and saying that you are a huge asshole, lol :ninja:

i have actually heard nothing but good things about this shop. I mean they are a collision shop so if u got some custom work done that might be the problem. but honestly i have heard great things about them

They do have three locations, so it may depend on which one you've heard about.

they did a great job on my car when it was hit. i had a good relationship w/ them prior to that.

have you mentioned, in a polite/professional way, that the work wasn't done to your satisfaction? just like all businesses, they want you to be happy to come back and/or refer business to them. they are a big and busy shop and mistakes happen.

if you don't get anywhere that way and if it was insurance related, talk to your claims adjuster about the problem.
