Kill them all!

I say if you've killed someone you've already given up your right to live. Why use our tax dollars for these guys to live out their lives in prison if they dont deserve to live in the first place?

come to think of it. I everytime I hear of someone getting the injection it's always, "I'm born again :blah: :blah: :blah: ." like it's some last ditch effort to save their soul. :lmfao:

you need to have some sort of a " agree but disagree" option, cuz in my opinion it has to depend on certain things

I agree with capital punishment all the way...if you are a sick fuck and kill someone out of cold blood I think they should hang you, line up the firing squad, or be drawn and quatered...

the sad thing is that some of the killers use the "mental insanity" bullshit plea to avoid capital punishment. I think we should use the "eye for an eye" mentality.

dude make another pole seeing if we should "streamline" the system. So that after they get sentenced to Deathrow they don't have another 10-15yrs of bullshiting the decision......wait...i mean "appealing" the decision. Yes some people get sent to deathrow wrongfully but i think if there is no new evidence to be entered into court, that they should be killed in the same montht hey were sentenced. Quit wasting my tax dollars bullshitting.

maliciously taking a life and getting caught, that person deserves the death penalty. because to end a life with no threat to yours is foul. i've personally lost 4 friends in the last 12 years to violent crime and only one was given life. these people didnt deserve to be killed in that manner and they were nonviolent people. real kool to be around and i hated to lose them.

Good Thought but think of it this way, "Eye for an Eye, and eventually the whole world will be blind!"

You due realize there is a difference between murder and a capital punishment. Becuase if you are tried under a capital punishment generally theres 1 of 3 outcomes.

1. jail for life without the thought of parole!
2. hanging
3. fireing squad.

Most people dont know is that, Hanging and Firing Squad are still ways for someone to be sentenced to death. But if i remember correctly the last person to resecive this punishment was a sycho killer, who murdered i think like 20 kids or something by hanging, strangling, and the courst sentenced him to death by hanging!

So the bad thing about this thread is what type of punishmnet, becuase capital punishment is somewhat of its own kinda thing. but if we are talking about putting in an express line for the chair or chamber for 100% proven murders.....then i am all for it!
