Ga Title Question.

Ok we bought a 2001 mustang about a month ago from a private seller. The title is still in the old owners name, we filled out that other side for new owner but havnt taken it to the registration office. We are selling the car now(we dont drive it)and need to know the best way to transfer it to the new buyer.

TO CLEAR THINGS UP IN CASE IT IS CONFUSING:

rearead the top part and you can see why but just so you get it let me explain this. YOU obviously dont understand. you have a car, NOT in YOUR or your moms name, trying to sell it. if the car is sold, then your thread here wont matter anyway. you have two wtb's in the wrong forums and if its your moms car and she never got the title signed over then shes a idiot too. its going to be hard for you guys to sign it over to him when the title isnt in your name yet and you cant resign the title from the one guy to him and he will get charged all sorts of shit for the title bnot being redone in 30 days which you guys should have already done.

Yeah......... Find me one GT for $9,000. I put the price high because people will bid low anyways. I put it on autotrader last night and already had 2 people come today to look at it, and 4 people in all call about it. Just because you dont think its a good deal or whatever is your own opionion. Call it shady if you want but go ahead check vin, cleanest one I have seen.

So answer me this, Do you know if I can get a new title issued that day, in the title place, or if they have to mail me a new one?
