I am currently located in Buford, right by the Mall of GA, and would like to stay in the duluth,Lawrenceville, Buford area. Anyone know of a good apartment complex with good rates on a one bedroom? Or possibly anyone looking for a roomate in these areas?

holland park off of riverside and mckendree. gated community and we only pay 595 a month.

I have a room for rent. I live in The Prescott Apartment off of Pleasant Hill. It's fully gated, tennis court, pool, weight room. The apartment is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. It's fully furnished except for the room and bathroom. Rent is $455 a month plus utilities(only water and electric). It's on the 3rd floor, spacious room, walk in closet. Very quiet and very secluded-it's less than 2 minutes off the exit but you cannot see it right off of Pleasant Hill.

You can call me anytime. I DO NOT GET ON IA THAT MUCH SO IF YOU'RE TRUELY INTERESTED CALL FOR MORE INFORMATION.

between my rent and all my bills, i spend about 800 on everything and thats with cable and internet costing me ~$100 a month

I may have a room for rent+ bonus room off of it. Nice neighborhood and nice house with Fireplace. Just off Riverside and McKendree Ch in Lawrenceville. Depends on if my wife and I actually go through with a divorce and she moves out soon.

When are you looking to move?

shit, if you move to the southside my apt complex is having a $750 ref fee.. and I live in a nice gated community
