Testing: 89 MR2 T-Bar NA

the car is a Red 1989 Toyota MR2 T-Bar. the chassis has 163k, the motor is a largeport w/80k since rebuild (motor never modded!!). it runs and drives great, handles like a slot car! the car has PW, power door locks, power mirrors, t-tops, 5 speed and leather. the timing belt was done 40k ago along with the water pump/oil pump/dist/plug wires/plugs/dizzy. has new clutch master/slave cylinder, 2 new rear tires, oil pan/valve cover gasket, rotors and hawk hp pads..CAR HAS MIATA WHEELS ON IT NOW!

non stock modifications: koni shocks with Suspention Techniques springs/front sway bar, full 6 pt SCCA legal roll cage (painted body color and fully padded), SC leather seats, Grant steering wheel (kinda faded), Miata (10lb) hollow spokes (come with the stock triangles too), and RCI 5 pt harness.

Comes with: spare tranny/head/rotors/stock wheels/starter/ plug wires/ slightly used R-compound tires/haynes manual/ many other misc other parts

car needs: new stock header (had slight exhaust leak) you could just swap an aftermarket one on and have more performance..i might get this fixed if i keep it much longer

im askin for $3,000 OBO for everything. this is a Auto x ready car. everything you need to compete in E-stock outta the box and be VERY competitive!

trade for a 1989 240sx (possibly; i have to look at ur car first. if i really like it i can even give u some $$ if its not a fair trade )? 5 lug conversion, s14 wheels, 300zx brakes all around, short shifter, apexi n1 exhaust, pillowball tension rods, r32 skyline rear subframe with vlsd. mechanically, its almost perfect. problems: needs a paint job really bad, headlights wont flip back down.
