no problem guys. Ive helped get three of my buddys interviews (2 of them took jobs, 1 didnt cause of hours) so i think we still have about 6-8 openings. Hydroshutter, you signed up for the bbest thing there man. You are pretty much GUARANTEED your spot. 3 people just quit cause of school and 2 more are leaving so they wont have to work our sale. Good luck to everyone who applied

they seriously might in a few weeks...one of our managers has some disease and the Drs dont know what it is...long story short, hes been in the hospital a month but he is the apparel manager. you could try for it but they normally promote those from within so i think hes already filled

it has its moments. Its a fun job but i just hate the hours and everything there is politics and who kisses ass the most. I actually apply EVERY DAY for other jobs cause i really hate the hours there. When i got hired, i worked in warehouse. I had AWESOME supervisors and managers and they were easy to work for but when i moved out to camping, we have a lazy fucking lead who is only a lead because nobody else wants the postion.

just to put things into perspective a little we recently had a lady quit(she didnt want to work the summer). While she was originally there, she worked the early shift(7-2, 7-4, no closings). well she came back, kissed the front end managers ass, and got a lead position after not working the whole summer when they would fire other people for asking a week off over summer.

pretty much what it comes down to is where you work and how hard you want to work. Each department is seriously like its own store. front end really sucks ass cause of the people and the bullshit you deal with while dealing with asshole customers. Hunting sucks because you usually have 8 people over there at a time(if not more) and none of them do shit all day so EVERYONE has to clean up their shit at the end of the night. Marine sucks cause they dont ever have more than 3 people. fishing is ok if you know how to sell it. camping is fun cause we got a fun crew(minus my retarded ass lead who is 5' and 280+)footwear isnt too bad so i mean, it really all depends

If i had a set schedule (not necessarily m-f but like time wise) or set off days where i could plan shit out, i would be alot happier there.
