HELP...FIBERGLASS

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. Does anyone know in detail how to make a custom fiberglass box. I would apreciate the help.

well that all depends i used to help one of my boys do it and really all you do is make a frame out of particle board, get some mesh tape or paper (not sure what its really called) wrap it around it and gunk it up on there let it dry and sand your ass off.....look around on ask.com or something....thats about all i know which isnt shit but its alot easier to do than to explain...trial and error and error and error thats how i do it

what im talkin about is the liquid stuff that you you poor on to a frame with felt stapled tight to form the shape of the box.

yes.

Its not really easy to type specific instructions for something like this...While it is not the most difficult thing in the owrld, it is hard to explain.

btw.... "felt" might not be the best thing to use. Typically, we use "fleece" it has better "stretch" qualities, and soaks up a lot of resin...

There are a bunch out there...once you understand the general idea the only real way to get better at is practice...

anyone know how to overlay on a plastic headlight cover to make a mold o you could duplicate them.

cover the headlight or the cover with a garbage bag
