HELP:eclipse deck

the model number is 5442.
i had my car in the shop and now when i first got my car back when ever i turned on my car the deck opened and said disc on the display. nothing worked so i pressed reset a couple of times on the deck and know on the display it says help for 5 secs. and after that a code pops up <7A800379>. and nothing works. plz help

call eclipse support they will help you. the deck was programed with a cd key (esn) when you got your car back and it said disc it wanted the certain disc that has been programed on it. no that you have messed with it, it has shut its self down. there is a code you can get from eclipse and it will turn back on

exactly, I had to do that when I locked my decks and couldnt find the damn key CD.


make sure you have the serial number handy, know where you bought it, about when you bought it. They will ask you those questions. If you bought it off someone then I dont know what they will do for you.
