Looking for someone who does coding

I need a local to help me with a new project. Must be familiar with most coding languages and databases (php, asp, xml, mysql, etc.) Design skills are not necessary, but helpful.

Requirements:

1-2 projects that have been completed (I need a working example of your work). An online portfolio would be ideal, but not necessary.

You must be reliable.
