does anybody happen to know where i can find the law code for this?? there is a 17 year old trying to sell cars here and i thought you had to be 18 because of the legal age to consent to contracts and stuff but i cant find the code..anyone know where to look?

yeah i remember buying a car when i was 16... sold/bought some cars when i was 17 too

hrrrmmm. always told it was 18 cause to be in your name registration has to be too.

Yeah, when I was 17 I went to trade in my car for a diff one at a dealership, and they would not allow me to drive it since I was not 18. The car sales man had to give me a ride as I sat in the passenger seat lol

lol this cant be, just last year i sold a car to a 17 year old and everything went through perfectly, etc

??? dont know, maybe it had something to do with insurence.

u have to be 18 to have a title and insurance under ur own name. i registered my first 240 on my 18th birthday here in cobb county
