We have looked and called lots of attorneys and I am posting here to see if anyone know any other lawyers.

This is for a friend of mine. This is is 2nd DUI and he definately needs a lawyer this time. He was pulled over in Gwinnett

Anyone know any lawyers?

Get the guy that is on 96 Rock with the regular guys. George Stein. Tons of good cases discussed there as well as outcomes.

well said...bad enough he got caught the first time, but unless hes just so stupid to be 2 for 2, he probably does it all the time and shouldnt be driving....and unless he got pulled over in a checkpoint, he probably got pulled over for something he was doing and not just a random stop....sorry, but people like your friend shouldnt be allowed to drive. Once, it should be a fine and jail time, 2nd time, should be license revocation permanently cause you obviously didnt learn your lesson.

I was going to post the lawyer that I know of until I saw what it was for. Maybe your friend deserves what's coming to him. The only help I will offer would be that if your friend can prove that he does not make enough money to afford a lawyer then the court will appoint one to him. Some are good, some are bad. Mine was awesome. :2cents:

tell him to just DUI one more time. maybe this time he'll flip the car into a ravine, with about 6 inches of water in the bottom, so that he can still breathe, but only as long as he holds his head up, so that as the exhaustion sets in he slowly inhales little amounts of water, until he finally gives up and drowns. he's a fuckin douche.
