I guy I know has a 95 Supra-dupra for sale. its N/A so its missing the goodies like LSD, TCS, and duh-the turbo. Is it worth buying a supra that is NA but in great shape for 15,000. My thought is no, but im going to go test drive it anyway. price in my mind needs to be like 13 or less- he wants 16000. Opinions roll out!

ps= any admin- can you move this to right forum- sorry

damn tank..good find...

I hate that stoopras got so expensive after the slow and curious movies....they are great cars...but nada on a turbo car is under 10k now and u can't touch one worth driving for under 18k...its total crap...right as i am close to affording one...they shoot up

well i went with a NA now im single turbo with a TH350 tranny so i think it was well worth the investment for real if you ask me theres alot of similar things about the 2 vehicles but thers differences als "tt or NA" but if you plan it right you can do big things with both which is why ive stuck with my NA-muthafucking T

is there a big difference in insurance between a turbo and a non turbo?

i paid 15,900 for my 1993.5 NA..its in perfect condition..and it had some HRE's on it..thats the only reason i even considerd paying that much for it..if it didnt have the HRE's then i wudnt have paid 15,900 for it..now i am na-t aswell...supras are a pretty good investment..they hold their value pretty well and they hold the power pretty well lol..

I know that this thread is about the value of going with a na supra, But lately I have had thoughts of going with a lexus sc300. Is it the same overall process as a na supra to get it set up for a single turbo, or would it be a waste of time and money?

I'm guessing its about the same..check out www.clubna-t.com its a na-t site for supras and sc's IS300's etc and all those related cars..
