after dropping my car 1.6inchs in the front and 1.8inchs in the rear i really regreted it so i got redneck on my neon last night and lifted it.

the sxt "tuner package" has that wing and the SRT-4 hood. but that is not a SRT wing it is bigger(if that possible)

its not an SRT-4...I dont believe they made srt4s in 02 because that is an 02 neon sxt frame. I remember this from a year or so ago dude had a brand new 02 and it crapped out on him and everything...and thought it would be cool to throw the body on his little toyota truck frame. Hence the car where it is. lol you have the best of both worlds...a ricey car that goes mudding. lol.
