heres the thing me and my buddy talk a bout alot....
what would be the out come of putting gsr pistons in a ls block
2nd if a good out come wat else is need would you have to use crnk too rods or any thing else.....
i am only 17 low money and tryin to buil a good reliable but moderet power motor i would like to come in around 150hp... plane to put skunk 2 intake, head work, cams and spring,tb, header, 8lb fly wheel,and may gsr trany, and also wat do you think a bout a hoter ignition???????????

only 150 hp?? Ls with vtec head and cams and a little n2o....just spray will get you there

i wanna go all motor tho plus i can get a dicent set of gsr rods and piston for like 50-100 bucks cant realy aford a vtec head and plus every one does lsvtec or b16 swap i want a all motor ls1 day i will have a all motor 200hp ls but right now i will be satisfied with 150

Might be selling a 1st gen Si head if you're interested let me know. Minor P&P. Needs cams/gears.

if all you want is 150whp, get a B16 and put CTR pistons in it with a VAFC, we just did one , im about to post the graph.

If you want to stay LS, if money is an issue, you cant do it, youll need cams and springs , ret, PR3 pistons, etc, its alot of money
