my situation

Well i have a problem, I need some one that can pass the emission for me on a 99 civic with a gsr engine. Its a 95 or so i believe but yea if anyone can do so lmk. I really need this done ASAP if its possible lmk help a brotha out :)

I know someone that does emissions stuff, not sure if he can do obd2 though, and hes kind of pricey :\
