Need parts for your Evo? I got a turboXS HP manual boost controller for sale that I used on my stock turbo setup on my evo... spikes upto 34psi and holds boost pretty strong as long as your wastegate actuator is fine.

I also have a td05-16g Evo8 turbo for sale in case you need another one by some chance.
