I dont think we will have anything for your cars honestly honda wise. you guys have always made way more power than our street cars. The only car that could give anyone a run for their money would be Spoolin, an his wont be done by Tunerfest. Mine is a mild turbo build, ill be happy with 600 on race gas, but ill prob stop at 450. Daniels is open diff, an he has no seat time in his car, so i dont think he'll be competitive.

Turbo Dave on the other hand, well lets just say Grey Green will be making about 250whp more than waht it had against clark at IS.

should be alot of fun none the less.

I think the smallest Y2k offered by tubonetics is an T-80. The t-76 is still considered to be a Super T-series, but is still a big bbbbeeeeeaaatttttcccchhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL. Looks good guys. :)

I agree w/ Mike on this one. It's all about what you like. I have tracked my Spec V prolly 10 times. That may sound like a lot, but that's a build I got done in 2003!! LOL. And it hasn't seen the track since I lived in CO, and PFI basically punked me into running it at Bandimere. LOL I'd rather run on the street. I'd rather let some1 talk shit than taking a track day just to prove a point. But on another note street-racing is dangerous and some people w/ FAST ass street cars simply will NOT go to the track. But some of the fastest cars I know in GA are not known on here NOR do they broadcast on forums. I guess to each his own. I respect whatever view other racers have on it.

ROFL so you are building a car to compete in the import showdown race, twice a year. and only that. lol. Its also not legal for ndra PRO 4 CYL, so i guess in ndra, you can run pro gt with the other 6 and 7 second cars.

His car will be tuned on C16 to see how it goes, if he has to switch to meth he will, or will be switching to other race gas.He is going to run TS in NDRA as much as he can and then step up too Pro so he can represent GA!!

I know in NDRA turbo street there is no limit to turbo size for 4 cyl cars but the problem remains that the t-76 will probably work in a pro application with alch or meth but that size turbo in a turbo street class may hurt more than help due to the rules on the fuels you are able to run. Just my opinion though, so good luck with the setup. :goodjob:

Thats for NHRA though, we have never ran any of their events. 2 of our cars have fuel cells and that is not legal for NHRA, we never did intend on attending any NHRA events...

Build a 3/4 car with a 1 piece front end and go out there and race. It would be your 1st year running pro, who cares if you dont run quite the times, thats what attending and racing is for. Hell look at that guy running pro 4 cylinder running high 12's. He is still competing though his motor isnt ready yet. Hell, flame hatch man (what ever his name is) is running low 8's and making 900 on the meth and I think with nitrous. That was before he went from the 45R to a 42R. We spoke with him, he gave us the run down on the car.

Anyway,
It takes a lot of time, money and fabrication to build a pro car, hell the axles alone are $5k, that is for the mark williams shit, plus multiple transmissions, blah blah. I wouldnt run this season and just build the pro car b/c its going to take a LOT of reading and question asking b/c they may change some rules last minute.


And regards to danny, Yes we do plan to travel to some of the races. 8hr. drive isnt shit.

This car will be running Turbo Street...He has another hatch to run Pro if and when he decided to. Its not getting built specifically for those 2-3 local events...His plans as of now arent to go Pro just yet maybe next year...As for now we will just race our cars that we are finishing building...

If you look at chucks car it isnt a 3/4.Yes he cut the rear out and put sheet metal.We might do that as well after the year is over.We spent atleast 2 hrs talking to chuck and getting the low down on his car,he was very helpful. But there is really no reason you have too run a tube chassis and a one piece front end.Shit i promise when peter goes pro he will probly run this car the exact same way.He will change a few things around.

a long time now since I rolled the rental car 7-8 times on the way back from Vegas. All my parts are fine except the turbo. the hot side is fine but it needs to be rebuilt. i wrecked in Grants, NM and the parts have been shipped already to me, should be here by next week. but it will be finished probably in a few months. just have to get the turbo rebuilt and buy the tilton twin disc clutch then the engine is going in. :bump:

Yea, the car did awesome on the dyno until hondata,started messing up!!
Like i said in previous post the pics dont do this car justice,looks alot cleaner in person.Cant wait till he can make a full pass and shut all the haters down!!
