so... my other oscar jumped out of the tank a couple weeks ago.. since then the other has been weird.. got some fungus ick like junk... got better... stopped eating.. then died yesterday! WTF!

anyways.. i'm looking to buy some more fresh water fish..
something aggressive, but small for now.. something that will eventually be bigger. i love oscars... thinking about getting two more..

but i also like dempseys... and i've seen a picture of something that looked just like a dempsey but red and orange in color instead of blue and green... anyone know what that is????

oscars always seem to jump out the damn tank for some reason, I accidently killed one in the middle of the night because the little guy decided to jump out and I didn't know he was on the floor and stepped on him. oops.....

i had an oscar for 8 years..he was13 inches long...that dumb motherfucker knocked the top of his tank off and commited sucide as well....i was out of town..i couldnt help him..

but i love oscars they're bad @$$! i may buy two baby ones.. let them grow.. (i've got a 29 gallon) so they'll be in heaven...

u two got any other suggestions on some aggressice/yet nice looking fish?

well to be honest, dunno too much about agressive fishes, I just collect beta fishes (chinese fighting) and angel fishes, and of course some oscars on the side but in a separate tank.

eh alligator gars are not that fun ..
see piranhas are more fun ..
drop a mouse and cut it a little bit ..
let the blood mix in with the water and they will go crazy ..
i use to have a 100 gallon tank with about 10 piranhas ..
it was really crazy ..
