all sex offenders have problems, and should be delt with to the fullest extent of the law.. BUT.. i have a few friends/people i know, that have to be regestered.. some of the offenders are very minor... now some are very bad offenders, bot there are some that have been caught in minor situations.. just for info.. not tring to make them the "good" guys

16 is the legal age of consent in GA, so she would have to be 15 or below...

Unless the person is 18 then 16 would be considered statutory...17 is considered legal in Georgia. When I was in high school they gave us this little card that explained all of the sex laws.
