I am all done with my kit all i have left to do is get it tuned. So here are a couple of pix.

Looks like good work done.. let us know how that DX motor does, I wouldve saved my money, but thats me..
I want to see some numbers.. I think the d16y7 has like 90 whp or less.

haha, yea. i'm not sure about the stock HP. i'm shooting for around 200 though. After i bought the kit i decided that i am gonna save my money and go with a K. So that will be my next big project.

cool..looks pretty good. i think i would have reworked the compresor outlet, its a little fubared, but fixable. Good luck man..

got it tuned my the guys out at mainstream...
here are my #'s. 169WHP 155Ft tq @8-9spi in 105 degree's So i'm sure i have more hp on the road...

Here is one of the reasons i was only at 169WHP. If you look in the middle of this pic you will see that the temp was 105 in the shop. So i'm prob putting down a little more on the road.

Respectable numbers, youd probably pull higher HP with a differnet turbo, that little thing runs out of wind up top, but it sure does make for a nice TQ curve. Scottydb has been putting down well over 200+whp for years on his y7.

yea, i went conservative... he is running 12psi on stock internals. i'm just gonna have fun with this till i build another D

Huh? Tdo5h? You can make 300 on a DSM with it. He has low power because its a single cam running low boost on a turbo meant for 20 pounds.
