cool car, crappy engine, oil pumps should be used for pumping oil, not powering a toyota :)

Please, please, please....

Be honest about the car...you didn't pay much for the car and that motor was toast when you got it and you know it....

don't make me go to the trouble of searching and linking the ad....

The previous owner got great times out of the car and stated when he was selling it that it was toast....

Please, be honest about the car or I'm gonna bring the heat without mercy.

TopSecretJz has mine.. I'm sure he'll sell it if you're interested....

HybridLS was the previous owner and I know from his previous sales he's akways been an upfront guy...I highly doubt that he pulled the wool over anyone's eye's.

He was very vocal as I recall about popping the motor....I'll look and see if I can find it written anywhere.

Good car, but the motor's trashed. Not worth 1500...mine that ran and drove great got closer to 1000... and I was honest about everything.

Ok rutroe lets get this straight first. I did not buy this car from hybridls i bought it from my friend who did and i have never been told the motor is toast, nor was my friend. When i got the car it wouldnt crank up when it got hot and it wasnt even able to be driven daily. I paid someone to look at it to get it to crank fine and idle fine and i put the holley blue pump & air cleaner on it. I have driven this car to work for two weeks straight. I got the speedometer working and put a cdplayer in it. I honestly dont know if the motor needs a rebuild, i stated that it probably does but im not 100% sure. The car is in a good bit better condition than it was. I paid 1k for it and ive put probably if not more then around 500 in it. I wish you would stay out of my post because i have stated everything i know about the car. I started asking price at 1500 and if you don't like it then i dont need your opinions about it, but now that you know the facts please let me try to sell my car.

whats up rut man this is chris head he bought the car from me. i purchased it from hybridls because he owed me some money i never actually wanted the car so i sold it to civvy06 a week after i got it. if you could find out if he said the engine is crap i would like to see it really he never said anything about it to me.

Well I'm sorry to hear that...

I know he pm'd me about it cause he wanted to buy mine....but I think when IL crashed I lost my pm's.

If I see anything about it, I'll let you know for sure. That guy had always been straight up with me, so I assumed he had been with others....

I wasn't trying to be an ass, but you know how I am about making sure people are honest for our members...it's not a personal thing, it's just how I do business on here.

Good luck with the car though...
