it mean that you cant get a tag for the car in ga unless its inspected by the state! Its 180 buck plus alot of paper work. Ins is still the same. It just mean it was totaled at one time.But its been rebuilt.i live on the sc/ga line and to get a tag i just used a SC address b.c over there it does matter lol! South carolina rawks!

the only way it will pass inspection is if the car has not been painted. If they have already painted the parts that were wrecked you can forget it.
