No radio mounting brackets. Yes the interior panels are black. Dont know what happened to the pics.

Is it the whole 3 light set or just the center?

8. is the plastic piece that goes on top of the light section. It has a whole in the middle for the hatch to lock. The picture is up there but its out of order. the very first pic that you can actually see
