This is my 1987 Toyota MR2, 4AGE based on the 4AGZE block, 5 spd. This is my new project, daily driver and race car. She needs work but is in great condition with the only real problem being a faded red paint job. Tell me what you think!

When I bought the car, I also get a set of Suspetion Tecniques springs and some Tokico shocks. The catch is they where bought when the car was and just never installed. So I have these 20 year old shocks and springs and I am trying to decided if I wanna throw them on the car or sell them and buy newer stuff. I think the springs are going on regardless and I am going to sell the shocks and just buy some Koni's.

wait? 4age? or 4agze??

Very nice, when I am done with my corolla im considering finding a gze powered MR2.

Have fun with it.

For shocks get some tokico HTs adjustables.

Its the 4AGE with the 7 rib 4AGZE block. Much stronger than your basic 4AGE, as for the shocks, I am addicted to the Koni yellows after having them on my Neon ACR. But I think I will be using those springs.
