GODDAMN I GOT ANOTHER TICKET. ARGH. Was riding friday, back up north to my workplace, i was acting smart and rode in the H.O.V. lane around the exit 101. This was without a damn passenger, next thing you know i get pulled over. Goddamn. Anyone know how i might be able to fight this? How much will this ticket be? Will i get any points added on? GRRR...

i do remember a lady trying to fight it once saying she was pregnant, so that was where the 2nd passenger was..... but they then charged her, for not having the child in a car seat :D

Tell them "I am schizophrenic, and so am I." They should let you off on the ticket, but they might lock you up in the loony bin .....

You purposely drove in the HOV, now you just have to pay the price. Consider it the price for trying to beat traffic. LOL. No way out bro. Betcha wont do it again though huh.

i have always heard hov tickets are fairly inexpensive and that's why so many people are willing to risk it

HyPer50

I never "drive" in the HOV lane without a passanger, but I have been known to use it as a passing lane sometimes. Pretty much if your willing to risk it, be prepared to pay if you get caught.
