Help With Fogs?

have a 99 si and need somone to help me install them i have no tools to do it either. help would be really appreciated.

if i had my licences, i would just did a 99-00 Si conversion on my 96 coupe and did all iof that stuff. actual pretty simple just takes a little bit of time and patients. to bad you don't have the tools though, it's pretty much abc stuff...
