i would relocate the tag to one of the sides of the bumper, if youre goin for the JDM look

thanks for the props and input guys.
about the tag relocation.. thats what i eventually want to do, but i can't decide if i want to do a 98+ conversion or a ITR conversion. $$$ is the only problem for the ITR conv.
